PTFE non-stick coatings As a rule, its integrity plays an important role in the operation of parts and products coated with a non-stick layer. During intensive use, this layer deteriorates and the part begins to lose its functional properties (adhesion increases - “sticking”). It is necessary to replace the part with a new one, investing in its cost. An alternative to this is replacing the Teflon layer rather than the part.

The coating is applied in an industrial way, which includes several phased technological processes.
